Sometimes the outfits I like most are those that happen almost by accident. I love this styling because it contains so many pieces from here and there and is in fact representative of a whole outfit under $60 (boots and hat not included). I definitely felt really cheerful wearing this while gallery hopping in Chelsea....how can you not feel cheerful when you have a tulip skirt and a macaroon t-shirt with mini puffed sleeves on!
